I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now....for various issues....muscular and arthritis related mostly. I have mainly been treated by Henry and Vera for most of my appointments. All of the team here are very knowledgeable and their treatments have been great. So amazing that I rave about them to all my friends and family. A must try if you need treatment or just want second attempt at your issues. I was almost crippled with severe muscular pain last year across my body. I saw Henry and Vera over a period of several weeks and they worked their magic.....helped me heal. Vera has magic in her hands....her physio massages are a must now and I recommend these to be part of anyones regular body maintenance. Thanks to the Rehab Borough Team Reena B ~ Reena B
I came to The Rehab Borough after I picked up a bad lower back injury in the gym. I was super upset because it meant I couldn’t train properly and painlessly. Toby was excellent in explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done. He also gave me tips and recommendations on training and how to regain my strength in my lower back. I ended up visiting The Rehab Borough a few times - also having sessions with Dr Ife, who was just as excellent. I would sometimes have random flare ups from the injury, and they were always very accommodating with last minute evening and weekend bookings. Both are very knowledgeable and made my physio sessions fun, but most importantly, they helped fix my back and I can now train without difficulty and pain. Definitely recommend! ~ Tamkin H
Honoured to be on their athlete honour list as I continue my journey as a fencer working to improve my ranking and performance in national‑level competitions. Really helpful for rehab from two ACL injuries and the back and leg issues that followed for years. Thanks Toby for the treatment, advice, and support have genuinely improved my stability and strength, making it possible to handle both training and competition with more confidence. In a few months time, from avoiding weigh bearing to actively using my injured leg for complex movements brings me a significant positive change in performance.
